Take advantage of the Pomegranate craze to find pre-prepared seeds.
Winter Arugula & Pomegranate Salad
1/2 cup Consorzio Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 cups fresh Arugula
3 Tbsp. fresh Pomegranate seeds
3 Tbsp. Asiago cheese shaves
1 cob fresh Corn
1 Tbsp. black Peppercorns
2 Tbsp. roasted red Sweet Peppers, chopped
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the asiago from above and toss with your hands, until the arugula is coated well with dressing.
Place on a plate and sprinkle the asiago over the top. Enjoy!
