We are thrilled to have BBQ Superstar Andy Groneman back in our kitchen!  He is in town to compete at the Cowboy Cookoff at the Cloverdale Rodeo so we thought we would put him to work!

Whether you are cooking on gas, charcoal, pellet or wood, this class is for you. The purpose of this class is threefold. You will learn the four methods of cooking on your grill: direct and indirect grilling, smoking and baking. You will learn the secrets to preparing and cooking this outstanding menu. Finally, you will get to enjoy the food for yourself. So get ready to take your outdoor cooking experience to a whole new level! Walk away with the knowledge and the recipes to wow your family and friends. Come prepared to learn these techniques from an award winning chef:

Direct grilling : Filet Mignon! That’s right! We’ll season it to perfection and sear it over high heat to lock in the juices and produce those award winning steakhouse grill marks. And for that final kick, we will prepare sautéed mushrooms to top it off.

Indirect grilling : Indirect grilling: We will make a mango-jalapeno glaze to cook our salmon in, which we’ll prepare by cooking with Alder planks in an indirect fashion on the grill. Served with Marinated Veggie Kabobs.

Smoking : Blue Ribbon St. Louis style ribs dry rubbed, smoked to perfection and topped off with an award winning finishing glaze. It’s a crowd pleaser.

Dessert : For a delicious close to the evening we will mix up and bake melt in your mouth Swedish chocolate pudding topped with French Vanilla ice cream.
