- 6 month membership - 25 memberships are available.
- Begins October, 2009 ending March, 2010.
- All meetings will be held at the 2nd floor classroom at Well Seasoned, A Gourmet Food Store in Langley.
- Begins at 7pm and ends around 9pm each night with meetings held once a month.
- Club is designed for intermediate tasters.
- Club objective is to explore, compare and sample different wines of the world and match them with delicious small plates of food. This new club structure will provide members with a unique opportunity to learn more about unusual and blended wines. We'll discuss how climate, terroir, soil, clones and wine making techniques impact the final aroma, bouquet, style and taste of the wine.
- Three unique wines will be sampled at each meeting (approx. 1.5oz sample per wine).
- All meetings include a full glass of a blind mystery welcome wine, three wine samples, and delicious small plates of matching foods created by the culinary team at Well Seasoned.
- Guest speakers will be invited (as available).
- Transferable Membership cards will be provided (if you are unable to make it you can send someone in your place with the card).
