Our KIDS Chef Camps are designed for kids 7-11 years old.  They are for kids that have an interest in cooking and aren’t afraid to try something new.

The Teen Cooking Camps are more advanced, the menus are sophisticated and everything is made from scratch.  These classes are designed for participants that are 12-16 that have some experience in the kitchen and want to elevate their game!

Kids Cooking Banner - Spring Break 2016

Mon, March 20th: Breakfast

KIDS COOK: Age 7-11, 10 AM

  • Lets learn stove safety by kids making their own scrambled eggs.  Baking skills by making homemade cinnamon buns. And how to use a knife properly by preparing a fresh fruit salad.

Tues, March 21st: Italian

KIDS COOK: Age 7-11, 10 AM

  • Kids will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, homemade tomato cream sauce, delicious meatballs and for dessert rich chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream.

Wed, March 22nd: Easy Dinner

KIDS COOK: Age 7-11, 10 AM

  • Kids will prepare shepherd’s pie with a fresh green salad and house made dressing.  Secondly a rich beef and vegetable stew with homemade biscuits. Finish with some vanilla ice cream and homemade chocolate sauce.

 

Teens Cooking Banner - Spring Break 2016

Mon, March 20th: Breakfast

Teens Cook: Ages 12-16, 1 PM

  • Perfect poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. Fresh frittata with pancetta, onions and goat cheese.  Breakfast potatoes, onions, and peppers. Cream cheese & mascarpone cheese stuffed French toast with a fresh berry compote.

Tues, March 21st: Italian Cuisine

Teens Cook: Ages 12-16, 1 PM

  • Spring minestrone with tomatoes, potatoes, fennel, zucchini and pancetta. Hand rolled gnocchi with tomato basil sauce.  Butternut squash and sage risotto.  Orange crepes with orange zest and whipped cream.

Wed, March 22nd: Dinner

Teens Cook: Ages 12-16, 1 PM

  • One pot chicken with cheese, rice, green onions, black beans and corn.  Zucchini, mushroom and pea pasta with fresh thyme and parmesan cheese.  Roasted salmon with red nugget potatoes, carrots and honey soy dressing.  Peach cobbler with biscuit topping and vanilla ice cream.
