The double choc chip peanut butter surprise cookies were fiddly to make so I secretly wished my family wouldn’t like them, then I wouldn’t have to make them again…..they LOVED them, so I guess I will be making them again ….with some help next time.

Hi Susan,
Well, that’s a happy problem. Let’s see if we can’t make it easier. Could you detail the issues (fiddly bits) so that we (and others) can provide you some feedback. Maybe we’ve got a solution that will make these a breeze.
However, in my opinion, the more delicious a recipe the more cumbersome it should be if only to save my hips!
…nom…nom..nom…

Hey Susan,
The cookie recipe you tried was my recipe. I am glad that your family liked the cookies and I do know what you mean about the recipe being a bit fiddly. Something that may help is if you get some different size cookie scoops. You can actually buy them at the Well Seasoned store. I used the medium sized scoop for the double chocolate dough and the smallest size scoop for the peanut butter dough filling. That way they all turn out the same size and the dough rolling process goes a lot quicker. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you with this recipe.
Thanks,
Heather Bow.
