Still a perennial favorite on the West Coast – crab is so incredibly delicious when it`s well prepared. As a treat for a special meal or just a taste incorporated into your menu, Crab is really very versatile & tonight Chef Karen will tell you all about it….On the menu tonight we will start with a Creamy Crab & Corn Chowder and then move on to Crab & Spinach Salad with Soy Aioli. From there – Karen`s signature Asiago & Angel Hair Pasta Crab Cakes followed by Herb & Parmesan Roasted Fresh Dungeness Crab. And for the grand finale Alaskan King Crab with Grand Marnier Butter.
