About the Author:

Opening Well Seasoned in June 2004 represented the natural combination of Angie’s passion for food, cooking, eating and entertaining with her 15 years of experience working at food manufacturers and commercial food sales.

Angie’s husband Dennis used his carpentry skills and hard work on a small light industrial space on the by-pass in Langley and created the place to shop for all things gourmet.

Angie loves to seek out new items for the store, work with small-scale local food producers and learn more about cooking, food and wine. With the Well Seasoned Blog, Angie now has a new outlet to share food news, rant about food p0rn, and bring us backstage at the in-store hosted events.

About Well Seasoned:

THE•Store
Our shop is a real foodie’s paradise – we carry the finest in gourmet foods with a specialty in hard to find ingredients, spices, sauces, condiments and cookware.

Gourmet essentials for the serious home cook include 25 varieties of salt, more than 50 imported oils & vinegars, fresh vanilla beans, chocolate, cocoa and a fantastic selection of locally produced gourmet foods.

Like our customers, we are passionate about good food!

THE•School
The Well Seasoned cooking school is designed to bring chefs and wine experts to the Fraser Valley to teach us about new ingredients, new techniques & new flavors.

Our kitchen is cozy – class size is limited to 16 so all of the students can get the most out of each experience.

Each week we offer different classes featuring guest chefs from some of the finest restaurants & catering companies in the Lower Mainland.

Over and above our regularly scheduled classes we offer private classes for parties of 10 or more, see more about that on our class schedule page.
