I have viewed that smart real estate agents everywhere are starting to warm up to FSBO Marketing and advertising. They are knowing that it's more than just placing a sign post in the front yard. It's really with regards to building interactions with these vendors who one of these days will become buyers. So, when you give your time and effort to helping these sellers go it alone : the "Law regarding Reciprocity" kicks in. Great blog post.

Oh, an excellent post! I have no clue how you were able to write this article..it’d take me weeks. Well worth it though, I’d assume. Have you considered selling banners on your blog?

Any pulled pork is better than no pulled pork. I try to make enough extras whenever I smoke, freeze in one pound batches, and I can have leftovers everyother week until I get a Jones on to smoke again.

I am afraid I could not face my neighbors if I had crockpot pulled pork. But for those poor souls without a smoker, this is a great recipe!
