Making a great tasting light meal can be a challenge for anyone but today Chef Georgia will share some tips & tricks to create some simple, quick mini meals that if you eat more often might be your secret for staying trim and fit. Today we’ll make lemongrass chicken and glass noodle wraps, quick lentil and apple soup, cauliflower chick pea curry with brown rice, shredded beef taco with lime and chili sour cream, and quinoa, tofu and steamed green salad. Staying trim never tasted this phat!!
