Today we are taking a tour through the Mediterranean and you are going to love it ! On the menu is a salad of Shaved Fresh Asparagus and Pecorino followed by Haloumi & Roasted Pepper Dip and Spanish Style Mussels with Chorizo & Sweet Smoked Paprika. Next up, a main course of Braised Veal Cheeks done Provencal style with tomatoes, herbs and white beans. And for dessert Chef Glen’s Crème Brûlée.
