Nothing compares to handmade, hand rolled pasta. Tonight Chef Romy will talk you through the finer points and introduce you to some tips that will make your fresh pasta a success every single time. We will start the class with Half Moon Pasta, stuffed with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Amaretti Cookies and finished in a Brown Butter Sauce. From there a tempting Chestnut Spaetzle with Caramelized Onions in a Veal Marsala Sauce and Handkerchief Pasta with Bay Scallops and Bistro Prawns in a Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce. For dessert….a real show stopper – Chocolate and Ricotta Ravioli.
