Tonight’s class focuses on 2 perfect foods; Pork & Beans…and there isn’t a can in sight.  Chef Steven takes them to a whole new level with a Pureed White Bean Soup with Pancetta and Sage,  followed by a Garbanzo Bean Salad with Spiced Romesco Dressing.  From there we move onto House Made Sausages with Sauerkraut on toast and Stevens’s version of a Duck and Sausage Cassoulet.
